Who are we ?
Fabienne NEIDINGER, law graduated, she holds an MBA from Sciences-Po Paris, a degree in psychology and a Finance certificate from HEC Paris (ICCF). She has been certified as an independent Board Director by IFA-Sciences Po Paris.
With over twenty years’ experience in human resources management for International corporate companies, she turned to the high-tech sector in 2001 (Internet, software, telecoms) to work on strategic M&A projects. Leading multinational teams in project mode, she gained in-depth knowledge of the sector.
In 2010, she founded FNC (R)essources (H)umaines, a consulting firm specializing in recruitment and human resources consulting.
In 2018, she ventured into the crypto-asset sector, developing a sound knowledge of French Tech culture as well as Tech and Data professions.
In 2021, convinced of the need to reinforce security in companies, where everyone’s place is becoming a strategic issue in an increasingly competitive world, she joined the Security sector and since 2023 in partnership with specialized companies.

A graduate of NEOMA Business School, Vanessa ROZANES began her career in a headhunting firm specializing in the consulting and Bank-Finance sector. In 2010, she joined MOSAIC FINANCES, an investment company specializing in trading on derivatives (Market Making, systematic trading) as Recruitment Manager. With the founder, she created and structured all the teams (Trading, R&D, IT, Infra, Middle…). In 2017, she joined EXANE Derivatives as Senior Front Office Recruiter for the trading teams, Quantitative research, It and Sales.
In 2018, she integrated COGNIZANT Consulting as Senior Recruiter, dedicated to the ”Finance Risks and Compliance” practice alongside the partners.
In 2020, convinced that a structured, analytical, and collaborative approach is the guarantee of sustainable recruitment, she created People Find’ R where she focuses on finding the match between the company’s culture and the intrinsic motivations of candidates.
Results-oriented, transparent, rigorous, and highly committed, Vanessa ROZANES has over 18 years’ experience in recruiting highly qualified profiles in dynamic and demanding environments, mainly for players in the Banking/Finance/Insurance, Consulting and Tech.

Holding of a master’s degree in criminal sciences and specialized in business criminal law, Eric Aguilar is an expert in financial security.
He led teams of financial investigators, “Fintech” experts, cyber specialists and criminal analysts within various sections of the ‘’Gendarmerie Nationale’’. An expert in crisis management and communication, his in-depth knowledge of CYBER and the spectrum of economic and financial offenses, combined with his experience in the field, are invaluable assets in helping companies secure their digital assets.
An expert in crypto-assets, he trains auditors, chartered accountants and judicial representatives in digital asset classes, crypto-assets and NFTs, blockchains and smart contracts, the NIS 2 and DORA directives, MiCA regulations, tokenization and new fund-raising methods. He is a trainer at the University of Strasbourg’s Master 2 program “compliance officer” program.
He also undertakes international missions as a European Lab/FT expert in South America, in cooperation with Europol, Civipol, magistrates and foreign law enforcement agencies.
